This Privacy Policy describes how Leasing Negotiator, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Leasing Negotiator," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our web-based service at https://leasingnegotiator.com (the "Service"), a commercial real estate lease negotiation workbench providing net-effective-rent calculations, deal and LOI tracking, and organization collaboration. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following:

• Account information. Your name and email address when you create an account.
• Organization membership. Information about the organization you belong to and your role within it.
• User-entered deal and client data. Client, site, and deal information you or your organization enter into the Service.
• Usage data. Basic information about how you use the Service, used to operate and improve it.
• Cookies. We use authentication and session cookies only. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Process subscription billing and manage your account.
• Send transactional email, such as account notices, billing receipts, and service updates.
• Respond to support requests.
• Protect the security and integrity of the Service, including detecting and preventing fraud or abuse.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with the service providers (subprocessors) we use to operate the Service:

• Supabase, database and authentication.
• Stripe, payment processing.
• Vercel, hosting.
• Resend, transactional email.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your information with advertising networks. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Payment Data

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are submitted directly to Stripe, and we never store card numbers on our systems. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by its own privacy policy.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements (for example, billing records we are required to keep). Organization admins control organization data and member access within the Service.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and access controls limiting who can view your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data within the app or by emailing sales@leasingnegotiator.com. Where applicable law (such as the CCPA or GDPR) grants you additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion, or to object to certain processing, we will honor those rights. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect.

9. International Transfers

The Service is operated from the United States, and your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

10. Children

The Service is a business product and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
